I am considering going to school to be a paralegal. I am quite a bit older (46) than most people going into college and I was wondering how you think that might affect my job opportunities?

I think you’d have a BETTER chance actually! With the maturity and experience that comes with age, law firms are more likely to hire somebody with actual life experience to become their paralegal. I’d say go for it completely and you’ll find that you’ll be ahead of the game. :)
